CONDO - TERMS AND CONDITIONS


By proceeding with the reservations, you accept and agree with Amore Hotel Manila & Hamilo Coast Condo that the reservation (details of which are set out below), if accepted by us, Terms and Conditions shall be as follows: 


RATES & DEPOSITS:

  • The rates quoted are based on your period of night stay and quoted in Philippine Peso.

  • Rates are subject to 12% VAT and surcharges.

  • Full payment is required upon reservation. However, a 50% deposit may be accepted provided the full payment is done within 24 hours before the check-in date. This is to ensure the required Condominium Guest Authorization To Use (CGATU) form to be presented at the Gate Registration Area of Pico de Loro.

  • The management requires P2,000 in cash security/incident deposit for the whole length of stay and can be settle upon check-in with our Room Attendant. Refundable upon checked-out.

  • An addition fee of P800 for an extra guest exceeding the maximum allowable occupancy.

  • Upon acknowledging your reservation, you have agreed to the terms and conditions. Therefore, all payments shall be non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Late payments will be subject to 25% penalty charges.


CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

  • All reservations made within 7 days prior to arrival date are considered last-minute reservations and non-refundable.

  • All cancelled reservations made within 7 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable.

  • Failure to arrive on the check-in date without notifying the hotel, shall be considered as No Show. 

  • All No Shows are non-refundable.

  • All cancelled reservations before 7 days prior to arrival date shall be refundable within 30 days. May incur 10% cancellation fee. 


CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

  • Standard check-in time is 2PM and check out time is 11AM.

  • Upon arrival at the Unit, please present your Booking Confirmation to our Room Attendant to claim your key.

  • Please return the key to out Room Attendant upon check-out. Lost key shall be fine with Php 500.

  • Late Check-In is Free of Charge, Unless No Show Policy is to be applied otherwise


Late Check-Out Charges: (Standard Check-Out Time is 11:00AM)


RE-BOOKINGS:

The hotel will only allow re-booking within 30 days from the original check-in dates. Room/s for new dates will be subject to availability.


1.) Re-booking requests made within the Non-Cancellation Period policy:

* Shall be asked for full payment completion, if the reservations' status are with partials or without pre-payments before approval.


In the events of:

  • Cancelled/delayed flights on the day of scheduled arrival.

  • Flight was denied due to incomplete required documents to board.

  • Denied Visa applications.

  • Unforeseen medical/health/family issues.

  • Positive RT-PCR test result before departure from the country of origin.

  • Typhoon.

  • Other Unforeseen Issues.


Penalty charges shall be applied as follows:

*12% VAT Included

* All re-bookings are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Penalty charges may change without prior notice.


2.) Re-booking requests made within the Grace Period cancellation policy shall be hold as non-cancellable and non-refundable, until such time when the post-cancellation period policy can be apply. Free of charge.

* Shall be asked for full payment completion, if the reservations' status are with partials or without pre-payments before approval.


HOUSE RULES:

  • Please keep the Unit clean and in order during your stay. In case of damages and/or missing items in the property, forfeiting Security/Incident deposit may incur.

  • In the Event of BREAKAGE and LOST OF ITEMS inside the room, such items shall be charged to the guest's account.

  • The property is not liable for the losses made by our guests through negligence; However, a thorough investigation shall be done on our part.

  • Should any valuable items/materials is left in the room and found by our room attendant, said items will be turned-over to the Front desk officer on duty & it will be properly recorded in the security logbook. For the claimants of said lost item shall provide any Government issued ID for Identification and record purposes.

  • Room visitors are only allowed in the premises until 12 midnight, otherwise, an additional fee of P800 for an extra person shall be applied.

  • The property is a non-smoking facility. A fine of Php 2,500 for those who will violate. For strict compliance.

  • Bringing in any prohibited drugs or any illegal substance and the like is punishable by law.

  • First come-first served carpark basis for free, at your own expense.

  • The owner is not liable for any loss, damages, or theft of any guests' personal belongings; in and about the unit premises.


PET POLICY:

  • To all Jacana414A & Sunny reservations - As per Pico de Loro Beach Club policy; The unit can only allow one (1) pet in the unit & within the facility. An additional cash payment of P1,000 per night stay - is required & can be settle upon arrival at the Pico de Loro registration area. Pet owners are mandated to provide their pets adequate care and sustenance & are vicariously liable for the damage and harm caused by their pets.

  • To all Ocean reservations - Pets are not allowed.



PICO DE LORO GUIDELINES:

  • Guests are required to present their COVID-19 full vaccination card or a negative RT PCR (nasal or saliva) / rapid antigen test (nasal swab) result performed within 72 hours prior check-in

  • Children 17 years old and below will not be required a negative swab/rapid antigen test if all adult companions are fully vaccinated.

  • Kids aged 3 and below are exempted from any health or travel requirements.

Please be advised that guidelines are subject to change depending on the IATF and the LGU.

GUEST REGISTRATION AREA:

As you may know, inside Pico de Loro Beach Club; Cash Payments for purchases are highly discourage. Guests may require to get Cash Cards upon registration.  A single Cash Card for a group should be enough. Costing from P1,050, where P1,000 is consumable and valid for a year. Guests may also use Credit or Debit cards for their purchases. 

ENTRANCE FEES FOR GUESTS UN-ACCOMPANIED BY MEMBERS:

 

Lean Season (weekdays of January, February, July to November):

PHP 900/adult & PHP 400/kid

 

Peak Season (weekends of January, February, July and November, weekdays of March to June and December):

PHP 1,300/adult & PHP 500/child (4-12 y.o.)


High Season (weekends of March to June and December):

PHP 1,400/adult & PHP 600/child (4-12 y.o.)

 

Holy Week:

PHP 1,550/adult & PHP 650/child (4-12 y.o.)

Year-End:

PHP 1,550/adult & PHP 650/child (4-12 y.o.)
